TERM OF
The terms and conditions of sale contained herein supersede all agreements made and purchase orders submitted to and accepted by TECH-R-US. All agreements are contingent upon such unavoidable incidents as strikes, accidents, material shortage, or other delays beyond TECH-R-US’ control.
Prices and conditions of sale on all in-stock and special order merchandise are subject to change without notice.
TECH-R-US.com makes no warranty expressed or implied with respect to accuracy of the information, including price, product editorials or product specifications. Products, models and manufacturer names are used only for the purpose of identification only.
The image displayed for the products may not be the exact picture of the item. The pictures are stock photo supplied by the manufacturer, used for display purposes only. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information contained herein.
Shipping charges will be calculated when you place your order online. In the event of any miscalculations, we will inform you by email or by telephone about the incident, you will have the option to either continue with the order or cancel the order.
TECH-R-US, its hardware or its software suppliers, makes no warranty, express or implied, concerning the applicability of any hardware or software to any specific purpose.
TECH-R-US, its hardware or its software suppliers, accepts no liability for loss or damage caused, or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by computer equipment or devices sold by TECH-R-US, including but not limited to any interruption of service, loss of business or anticipatory profits or special or consequential damages resulting from the use or operation of such computer equipment or computer software.
WARRANTIES
TECH-R-US is in the business of RESELLING only. We DO NOT manufacture any of the items we sell. Most items may however be covered by individual manufacturer's warranty, service and support policy (if any). We fully assign to the Buyer all and any warranty of the manufacturer, and the Buyer agrees that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and directly with the manufacturer of the products.
Warranty does not cover any damage due to accidents, misuse or negligence. All items with factory warranty for longer periods of time must be sent for repair or replacement to the factory, or authorized service center with full insurance coverage and freight charges prepaid. (Refer to Warranty Card for specific procedure.)
PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURES
To return a product, the Buyer should send an email to support@citicalls.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within 15 days from date of purchase. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization and without an RMA. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which the item must be returned to us. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
The Buyer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
The Buyer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product, just as it will cost you to drive to any local store to return an item. The Buyer agrees to use a reputable carrier capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the item to be returned.
The Buyer agrees that all returned products should be complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing including missing bar codes. We will reject the entire return or may impose additional charges for replacement cost of the missing components or items.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on return of NON-DEFECTIVE items returned for refunds.
CLAIMS AND INSURANCE
All merchandises are packed in good order and condition when they are delivered or pick up by the shipping carrier. The risk of loss or damage to goods shall pass to buyer as soon as such goods are picked up by carrier for delivery to buyer. Buyer should therefore inspect all packages for damages before signing delivery receipt. Claims should be filed immediately with the carrier and NOT with TECH-R-US for any damages that may have incurred in transit.
Shipping insurance is usually offered at time of checkout. The Buyer is encouraged to purchase shipping insurance . Claims for loss or non-delivery of items are to be made directly with the Carrier.
Delivery of merchandise, if agreed upon shall take place according to original agreement unless special circumstances prevent TECH-R-US from delivering at that previously designated item, in which case TECH-R-US shall have a reasonable period of 30 days time in which to make delivery of the item.
Buyer should be present to accept delivery. In the event that the buyer is unable to accept delivery of the purchased item, and the item is returned to TECH-R-US due to buyer’s inavailability to accept item”, a shipping fee shall be charged for shipping the item.
Prices stated in our product list does not include installation, testing, training or support, unless otherwise specified in the product listing. Our offer to support the Buyer is purely voluntary and does not constitute part of the sale.
SHIPPING
We ship every Monday to Friday at 4:00 p.m. PST (California Time). Most orders are ship from our location in Arcadia, West Covina or directly from the manufacturer depot locations. Most orders received by 10 a.m. PST are shipped within the same day. Some items may however have special shipping terms, and may take additional days to prepare. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Standard Shipping. Most US domestic orders below 8 pounds are shipped via USPS Priority, and FEDEX GROUND or UPS GROUND for items that are 8 pounds and above.
Express Shipping. Express or overnight service is also offered using USPS Express, FEDEX 2nd Day or Saver Express, UPS Next Day Air, or Next Day Air. If you require special shipping, please email shipping@citicalls.com before ordering to ensure availability of service.
Local Pick Up. Our main depot is located in Los Angeles. We allow local pick up for BULK SALES ONLY (minimum orders required), or for HIGH VALUE items only. A $7.50 handling fee applies to ALL orders requesting for local pick up. Please email shipping@citicalls.com to set time and date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (including Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico)
USPS Priority Shipping. All international orders are shipped via USPS Priority only. If you selected the USPS Priority FLAT SMALL BOX as your shipping option, the USPS supplied box measures 5 3/8" x 8 1/2" X 1 3/4" and allows weight of up to 4 Pounds, please note that in most instances, packaging may be opened or remove to fit into the USPS supplied box.

Special Shipping Arrangements. We also provide special requests and arrangements. Such request includes "special protection packaging", "removing bulky boxes", "combining orders". A minimal service and handling fee may be collected.

Any duties, tariffs, customs or other government fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We CANNOT declare your order as "Gift" and CANNOT undervalue or declare your order lower than the value of merchandise you actually paid for.
YOUR CARRIER. For countries we do not regularly ship, you will see "Your Carrier" indicated. Please email sales@citicalls.com for shipping quote.
We also welcome resellers and corporate buyers using their corporate account for shipping charges. For UPS and FEDEX, please select "YOUR CARRIER" when you check out. You will also need to indicate your Company Name, UPS/FEDEX Account number, Contact Person, Contract Telephone Number, Billing ZIP CODE. A handling fee of $5.00 is also charge for the order. PAYMENT METHODS
Paypal. For payments made with PayPal, a PayPal Confirmed Address is required. If your shipping address is unconfirmed, we may require additional documents showing proof of ownership to the PayPal account. Please contact PayPal about Buyer and Seller Protection for your orders.
Bank to Bank Wire Transfer (Preferred for International). Please email us at voipsales@mbox.citicalls.com for Wire transfer instructions. A minimum Bank Charge of $10 will apply.
Visa or Mastercard. We accept US issued Visa or Mastercard. All orders above $200 dollars will require a Credit Card Authorization Form. Upon checkout, a CCA Form will be emailed to you. This authorization form should be filled and signed and sent back by FAX to +1-626-236-5755. Additional ID verification may be required.
Checks and Money Orders. We accept Money Orders, Personal or Business checks, Cashier’s Checks subject to 7 business days clearing. Checks shall be made payable to WINWEALTH TECH INC., and mailed to:
